public class URLDecoder
extends Object
The class contains a utility method for converting from a MIME format called "x-www-form-urlencoded" to a String format. To convert to a String, each character is examined in turn: If the character is a %, the next two characters are interpreted as a hexadecimal number, and the next character of the string is set to that value. If the character is a +, the next character in the string is set to a space. If the character is not % or +, it is passed to the string unchanged.
